change location home ?

Hello
I'am using since few year F14.
Today i have install F17 64bits.
Its working well.
I have make 2 partitions : 1 for System an another one for Work.
By default install put my "bureau" count to \home\bureau but i wouldike to have it in \TRAVAIL\bureau.

How to have it by default ?
