Microsoft Office type software for Fedora 17

Hello all,

I am looking for a software application similar to Microsoft Office to be installed in my Fedora 17 machine.

Any suggestions?

Is OpenOffice or LibreOffice compatible with Fedora?

If yes, how to install them?

Or is there any others?
