Hello, I have Fedora 18 with multi-user mode.
I cloned its partition to a new harddisk using (cp -a src/* dest). The partition contains everything (home, boot).
Now trying to boot from the new harddisk...
I first had errors with systemd and dbus but I fixed this by reinstalling them by chrooting from the Fedora on the old hdd...
Now I'm at the login prompt (non-graphical), when I try to login with root or normal user, it logs in and quits so fast and so it prompts me for the login again... (it keeps doing this)
I tried to switch the run level to graphical to see gdm behavior. It actually restarts each time I press the login button.
Can someone please point me out where should I look or what should I do to debug/fix this problem?
