grub, fedora17, uefi and... not able to "see" win 8

Hello all,

I'am trying to create a dual boot (win 8 + fedora 17) system on my sammy np900x3c.
My first attempt to install linux on my machine has been performed via Ubuntu 12.10. Everything went fine (grub2 worked properly and I was able to choose the two OS) but I am allergic to Ubuntu...so I decided to replace it with Fedora.
Unfortunately, I made some mistakes during the installation (this is my first attempt with UEFI): after the installation I am with grub (0.97) of Fedora in which I am able to load Fedora, exclusively, and a second partition (that I forgot to delete during the Fedora installation) with the previous bootloader (grub2 of Ubuntu).
So I am only able to load Fedora 17 but I can't access to Win 8. Now I'd like to recover a proper dual boot with grub (I read the problems with uefi etc.). Can someone help me?
To give you more infos about my configuration I can add that Secureboot is Disabled and the OS Mode Selection is on UEFI OS; when the label Fedora is the first in the Boot priority order I get grub (0.97) and I can only boot Fedora 17; when the label Ubuntu is the first in the Boot priority order I get grub rescue; the same thing occurs when I choose Windows Boot Manager as the first label in the Boot priority order.
I tried to recover the boot loader via boot-repair but I had no success. You can read my boot info script here: http://paste.ubuntu.com/1456729/

Thanks in advance for the replies.
