I setup TigerVNC by following this guide.
However, when I connect to the server either from the install system or from a remote Windows client I just get a message saying that something has gone wrong with Gnome and it cannot recover. There's a "Log Out" button which replaces the screen with the default desktop background with a grey rectangle in the upper right populated by three checkboxes for "Accept clipboard from viewers" "Send clipboard to viewers" and "Send primary selection to viewers" but no other controls or obvious means for actually logging in.
Is this a bug or did I simply setup something wrong? Has anyone else experienced something similar?
