I would really appreciate if some one could help.
Here is the problem
Just replaced motherboard and processor (upgraded to i5)
Was hoping to just use the intel graphics card on the board so i did not install the previously working GT520 nvidia (working in fedora 17)
i removed the nvidia drivers with yum and tried to let the kernel just use the intel drivers to no avail. So, I said frig that and put the gt520 card back in and followed leigh's guide and reinstalled the nvidia driver. Now the system will not start the GUI. cat /var/log/xorg.0.log report failed to load nvidia module.
Please help, I really do not want to reload my drive again.

Unfortunately i am not on the machine so i can not give you the output of rpm -qa \*nvidia*\
but if you ask i can go over and give you any info from that command that you would like.
