What video driver Is being loaded?

Video Card: nVidia G86 [GeForce 8500 GT] rev a1
Display: Envision LCD Monitor, Model G19LWk

I'm tying to help someone with a Fedora 17 install and they are only getting a few generic display resolutions from which to select, none of them are 16x9/10 ratio resolutions that are supported by the monitor.

I can't seem to tell which driver is being loaded. The log shows it loading Nouveau, then later down the list, it looks like it's loading VESA.

Can someone explain what's going on here and perhaps suggest a method to get the higher resolutions supported by the display?

I'm attaching the Xorg.0.log and output from lspci -v

Thanks!!
