I'm having sound issues with Minecraft...it "used" to work fine, but now the sound is jittery:

I'm running Fedora 17 64-bit with Oracle Java 1.7.0 u11 64-bit. XFCE desktop and yes, pulseaudio, which the game seems to have trouble with (I can't switch outputs using pavucontrol) It's possible that changes to pulseaudio means it's using the wrong output (using the wrong HDMI output messes up sound), but I have no idea on how to "force" it to use the right one if that's the case.
