Problems in F18

I have downloaded F18 and installed it. Several problems appeared.

1. No input switcher. So I cannot change from English input into Chinese input.
2. How can I see the hidden files or directories in Nautilus?
3. There is no logout button when clicking on the user name at the upper-right corner.
