Fedora 18 no sound

I have no sound devices. Makes sense that I have no audio, no wonder KDE complains at every login that the devices aren't working. Can someone point me to what I need to install to get my sound devices to enable?

I have ALSA(and a bunch of dependencies listed) installed, Pulseaudio(dependencies), gstreamer(dependencies), and JACK and it's dependencies.

What am I missing?

In case someone is wondering, yes, sound does work on this hardware. I'll be rebooting into F17 in a minute here so that I can use it.
