F18 Install updates and restart notice in usermenu.

Previously the F17 graphical software update would give a package list, is it still possible to get to this list instead of the all or nothing update and without resorting to the command line ?
Gimp for instance, the time taken customizing makes me unwilling to perform regular updates.
