GNOME fallback mode only on for remote desktop connection?

After installing F18, we got problems with remote logins: To have a usable GNOME 3 desktop, fallback mode has to be enabled (System Settings > Details > Graphics > Forced Fallback Mode => ON). Otherwise, the desktop (background, application windows, ...) is scrambled. IFAIK, this is due to the required graphics acceleration.

For console logins, however, most users like to have the full-fledged GNOME 3 desktop.

(Between Fedora machines, using rdesktop, GNOME desktop is OK without fallback mode. But some users require login from a Windows / Citrix environment, using Windows' Remote Desktop Connection; that is where fallback mode is required.)

Hence, I would like to have fallback mode ON for Remote Desktop Connection logins, but OFF for console logins. I can't find how to accomplish this. Anyone?

Thanks in advance!
