No wireless connection?

HI,

I have a broadcom 43XX12 wireless card in my dell inspiron laptop and I cant find an easy step by step guide to getting it to connect to my home network?

I've just installed Fedora 18 I love the layout and everything but I cant get the wireless to work help!
