bootmenu/grub/harddrive/wired-net/ issue? F18 possible bugs.

So basically what I have is 3 harddrives.

The main harddrive thats automatically set to boot first. = RedHat.
2nd harddrive is setup basically for ntfs/storage, music etc.
3rd has fedora 18 on it..

In order to bootup fedora 18 I must press f8 (Boot menu) for me, and select the 3rd harddrive..

My goal?

I wanna know if its possible to add the boot fedora 18 into the redhat grub or something, to eliminate the inconvienience.

Im sort of new to this so any guides with simple steps would be nice :)

Also, normally when i dual boot 2 operating systems, I can view my ntfs harddrive, and this is how i share between operating systems, and it makes it nice when reformatting time comes cause i can backup my music etc...

But The harddrive doesnt show up on the menu, im using MATE desktop on fedora 18 btw..didnt know if there was something special I had to do to get that to work, havent had that issue before. Not sure , and I noticed it didnt let me or ask me to make a root password either,so possibly a permission issue with the harddrive mapping??

And I think the wired internet thingy is bugged to... I have to use wireless which works fine, but i prefer wired..Itl say connected, but doesnt work, works fine in redhat, and 90% other linux I used, but not in f 18. couldnt get it to work for f17 either tbh.maybe theres something im not understanding on how to configure this..

Thanks..
