[SOLVED] Dracut warning after boot!

I booted up this morning (fedora 16 updated yesterday) and when I boot up I get:

dracut warning: unable to process initqueue
dracut warning: /dev/lv_root doesn't exist
dracut warning: /dev/lv_swap doesn't exist

The new partitions (after we got rid of lvm set-up) are:
/dev/sda1 is my boot partition
/dev/sda2 is the swap
/dev/sda3 is the root
/dev/sda4 is my home

Originally I had a LVM set-up but I redid all my partitions and got rid of windows completely and I think grub after updating it went back to the old set-up and I have no idea where to modify the updated changes... If anyone can give me any direction I would appreciate it. Als oyou should know I am booted up right now with a live cd.

Thanks in advance
