Hi
the scanner gave me grief on FC16, I followed what I found to work before , installing iscan before any of the sane or xsane package.
all I can get is the led on the scanner flashing
kernel 3.7.9-104
Iscan packages downloaded form epson
.
xsane finds the scanner
but
the same result when running xsane as root, tried in case it was a group error
Is there any way to trace the i/o error and find whats causing it
TIA
