Is Linux Journal going to totally die?

I had a 2+ year subscription to Linux Journal (begun in May 2010 and apparently my last digital issue is Sept 2012) that started before they decided to go digital only. I'm letting my subscription lapse because I don't want a digital magazine. But I was on their forums and there's really not much going on. When I date sort the forums, the few recent posts are mostly spam and autoposters. One recent post I found that was real was a guy complaining about not getting his refund and then all the replies were autoposters and spam.

I'm starting to wonder if the entire mag is going to die?
