.run files is not running

hey , i am trying to install "eagle for PCB designing" ,
i downloaded .run file from the eagle official site , but when i trying to run it a blank Terminal screen is opened but nothing is happening !! i did wait for it but nothing is happening :blink:
i am using Fedora 16
what should i do ?? please help me :(:(
