Problem changing file icon size

Hi,

I am using Fedora 18 32+ bit distro. I have problems resizing the file icons in File Explorer as shown in the image attached to this post. I can use Zoom Out option to decrease the size of file icones in a window, but when I re-open the same window or items in any folder the file icons become bigger as they were earlier, can't keep them the size I want. The file icon size keeps changing automatically. Please help me. Thanks.
