dhcp server config in FC18

Hi,
has the method of configuring a dhcp server changed ?
Looking at the notes on configuring dhcp.conf, it refers to a dhcp.conf.sample to copy across.
I cant find any dhcp.conf anywhere.

I still want to use dhcp as a client on wifi, but on eth0, or p2p1, as it appears now, I need to run a server.

Can some one point me in the direction of the current book of server words for FC18 please
