Fedora 19 and AMD; UNUSABLE

Hey guys!

I was running Fedora 18 for some time now and have been super satisfied! So, I decided to try out 19 on a seperate partition.

But, I didn't download a nightly image or anything, I simply installed another 18 on that seperate partition and updated it to 19 branched according to instructions on the fedoraproject website.

Everything installed seemingly fine and after I restarted the comp, after the updates everything was basically running.

But, then I noticed a HUGE LAG in everything graphics related. I am running an amd radeon 5740 card that runs beautifully on f18.

And when I say lag I mean it - it's UNUSABLE! If I try to resize windows it takes half a minute to actually resize it. Evereything is SUPERSLOW and just laggy.

the output of glxinfo is this: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...it?usp=sharing

Everything is either none or slow which decribes my experience pretty much.

Take note that I tried 2 installations of f19 - one according to the instructions for upgrading to rawhide and one to branched, the same problem occured in both.

The cpu is also running pretty high, in average about 40% all the time.

Also, the only thing that says in my xorg.conf is this :

# List of modules which, when loaded, should make
# Xorg crashes non-reportable.
# Names should be without "_drv.so" suffix:
BlacklistedXorgModules = nvidia, fglrx, vboxvideo

And when I try to rebuild xorg according to instructions on http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_create_xorg.conf it says this on the first command:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...it?usp=sharing

Here is the output from lspci
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...it?usp=sharing

As for fglrxinfo it says command not found.

Would really appreciate your help folks! :)
