conflicting messages re failed dependencies

Hi,

I'm new to Fedora, having been using ubuntu/linux mint for a few years. Gradually working through getting things working.

I'm trying to install drivers for my canon printer and all was going well till the last one - I got a message about failed dependencies, then when I tried to install them, I got a message back saying that they were there! So now I'm confused and not sure where to go next, so any help would be very gratefully received.
