Never installed a version of Linux before, and so far things have not exactly been going smoothly.
Here is my setup: Lenovo Y500, Core i7, 1TB HDD, 128 GB mSATA SDD to be used for OS, SLI Nvidia GeForce GT750. Already have Windows 7 installed to the mSATA. Trying to boot from a USB created using the LiveUSB Creator tool.
Installer goes for about 5 seconds until this:

Looked high and low on the internet for a solution, but I can't seem to find anything that makes even the tiniest amount of change.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
