I have a dual boot setup with Windows 8 and fedora 18 on a Lenovo T530. Before today the trackpad worked fine. I changed some of the trackpad settings in windows and now, in fedora, there is a delay between when i left click over text and when I am allowed to start highlighting (if I hold the left button and start moving right away it doesn't highlight anything.) I have the same issue for dragging windows and moving scrollbars. I'm pretty sure this is window's fault because I ran a live cd of Ubuntu and it had the same problem. I have tried messing with the settings in windows to get it working in linux again but haven't had any luck. Also, the issue does not exist when I use a wireless mouse. Anyone have any ideas?
