Windows 7 login to 389 LDAP without pGina

Hello all,

I am a newbie to Linux world. I need to configure windows 7 and window 2008 server, (part of a workgroup, not joined to any domain) login to a 389 LDAP in the network.

What should i do to get this done, i have people to run LDAP and they can do their part, i need to know what should i do on the windows side.

Any help or pointers is greatly appreciated.

PS: Finding the Linux is a great social platform, compared to Windows.
