Wireless Networking Help!

I am an absolute beginner with all Linux distributions, including Fedora. I succeeded in installing the OS (essentially the only distribution of Linux that would), but now I've ran into an issue: I cannot for the life of me get the wireless to work. I am unable (for a number of reasons) to set up this PC so that I can connect wired. I hate asking people for help when I am able to look up the problem on help sites/google, but the only way I can do that is by restarting my computer and booting into Windows 7. I hope you can see why that isn't very effective.

From my understanding I need to install the wireless drivers.

This is my PC:

It says the wireless card is a '802.11 Wireless b/g/n PCI-E Mini card,' but I'm pretty sure I need more information than that. Searching that card on Google I get this:

(Link limit for new users :-/ You can find it though by searching 802.11 Wireless b/g/n PCI-E Mini card on Google. It's the one from Intel.)

There it gives me links to drivers. I do not understand the instructions, as I said I am an absolute beginner. I do not know if those are even the right drivers (HP doesn't provide the Linux drivers and even if they did I'm out of warranty so they won't help unless I pay them). Can someone provide me with some more easily understood instructions? It's hard to troubleshoot these problems for myself without the internet at my fingertips.
