This is a new problem for me, but I can't help but think I saw some other thread here a few weeks ago about this problem.
I'm running F18 86x64, up to date, using KDE, and and Samsung Scandisk mp3 player. Until today, it's been trouble free, but now it won't mount (it's just a usb pnp device).
The error I'm getting is a bid non-descript: A box labeled "ERROR" comes up with a statement "The file or folder udi="..." does not exist" where the dots represent a longa$$ file name. The box disappears in under two seconds, so I can't even copy the name, much less figure out where it's pointing to.
I won't be able to add more songs to the player until this is resolved, so I'd appreciate any info.
Thanks.
