This is a configuration question:
On the right side of an app window there is a slider bar for controlling scrolling. In previous releases there was an arrow at the top and at the bottom for fine line adjustment. With the upgrade from FC17 to FC18 the arrows are gone. What and where are the configuration controls for restoring them.
