GRUB2 -- how do I pass a parameter from within?

Greetings.

Long story short, I made a gaffe and need to blacklist a kmod so I can boot. How do I do this from within GRUB2? I am much more comfortable doing things in GRUB1, but now the time has come to figure this out here.

Now, I have figured out where to go to edit the boot details, but not sure what to put where, as the syntax is different enough to make me pause, ask, and then move forward.
