How I can run root commands without using sudo ?

Hello guys,

i want to know if exists any way to run root commands with a regular user(Ex: Leandro) without using sudo every time I run a command.

Ex:

yum install xxx
instead of:
sudo yum install xx

Iḿ using Fedora 18
