gnome desktop broken

Scenes:
reinstall x11 and nvidia driver (Nvidia Official [NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-319.23.run]).
if set device with nvidia in xorg.conf then can't enter the gnome desktop.
if set device with intel in xorg.conf then i'll get a broken gnome desktop like attach picture.

Try:
1.reinstall nvidia driver with official
2.install Bumblebee
3.install kmod-nvidia / akmod-nvidia


Environment:
Fedora 18 3.9.4-200.fc18.x86_64
thinkpad T420S (double graphics: intel & nvidia g4200)

anybody help me?
