Problems with patch application to a source

I am trying to update a package for pcsx2 to have it included in rpmfusion (bugzilla 2455 https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2455 )

I am trying to use r5350 source available here: http://code.google.com/p/pcsx2/downl...r.bz2&can=2&q=

but I am having a frustrating time with the r5350 source as none of the patches I have made will apply. I have made them anew using a diff -Naur and even tried to increase the fuzz by using %global _default_patch_fuzz 3 ; none of this helps even though the patches look right (and their previous incarnations worked fine on a later source taken from the pcsx2 svn). The patches also fail to apply manually to the unzipped source.

Sorry to ask something so trivial but I am getting a headache - is there something I am missing here that I should be doing to this source?

The patches and the spec file I am using are attached.
