I have a 5 speaker set that plugs into one audio out(two front/two rear and subwoofer).
However, I have an inspiron 660 with this card:
**** List of CAPTURE Hardware Devices ****
card 0: PCH [HDA Intel PCH], device 0: CONEXANT Analog [CONEXANT Analog]
Subdevices: 1/1
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
I had previously had a sb live or something prior to upgrading to the dell inspiron 660, and all 5 speakers were outputting sound.
However, now, I cannot get sound from three of the speakers, at all. pavucontrol only shows two speakers, as well.
FWIW, it seems there's a "headphones" audio control for the front of the computer which has another output jack.
Is there a way to use all 5 of the speakers with this card?
