Gnome 3 frozes completely for a particular user

Hi, I am totally stuck on fedora 17 and this a very strange error never seen before need help on urgent basis
gnome 3 frozes completely for a particular user while for other user accounts it works normally as well for the same user on which it gnome giving problem i am able to work normally via cinnamon, 2d

and one more thing i lost i fedora boot animation while customizing is it possible to bring it back? If yes, how
or is it possible to customize boot animation
