Identifying Wireless 802.11d country beacon

Hello,

There is an errant wireless router in my building somewhere which is set to the TW region. This is causing Macs to not be able to see the 5Ghz wireless channel.

I was wondering if there was any software, or any way, I can use Fedora to identify which region each of the wireless SSIDs are associated with? Then I could at least work out which one it is and look at getting it fixed.
