What's up with these complete morons who drive around town with their dog on their lap? Seriously? What is the matter with these people? Over the years I've seen a gazillion drivers with small dogs on their laps. That's bad enough, but the one that I just saw drive by the house had a husky pup, probably about a year old, standing on her lap with its front paws on the window sill and head and shoulders out the window! Really? What are you doing? Hello? Anyone in there?
There was a short article in one of the Boston newspapers a few months ago. Someone was given a $100 or $1000 ticket for just such an infraction. They were totally stunned that there was even a law on the books for this and couldn't imagine that this was any type of problem at all. Makes me wonder if they even have a clue.
