WARNING: Circular Directory Structure

Hi, all. Complete newbie here so please keep instructions simple and don't let me get up to anything dangerous ( :

This is for an XO-1 running a release based on Fedora 17. The desktop is GNOME.

Anyway, I tried typing
Code:

sudo du -hS / | sort -n -r | more
to figure out what's taking up the most space on this.

And the computer gave me this:
Code:

du: cannot access '/run/user/olpc/gvfs': Permission denied
du: cannot access '/proc/2697/task/2697/fd/4' : No such file or directory
du: cannot access '/proc/2697/task/2697/fdinfo/4' : No such file or directory
du: cannot access '/proc/2697/fd/4' : No such file or directory
du: cannot access '/proc/2697/task/fdinfo/4' : 'No such file or directory
du: WARNING: Circular directory structure.
This almost certainly means that you have a corrupted file system.
NOTIFY YOUR SYSTEM MANAGER
The following directory is part of the cycle:
  '/versions/run/21'

Now what? I mean, that's a pretty scary warning there.
