F19: dracut problem

F19's dracut a) refuses to load dmsquash-live b) generates an initramfs that is almost a third of the size of the original one and cannot be booted with. This only happpens after install. initramfs generated while buliding an iso is allright.

any hints ?

PS: fireing up lightdm and/or mate is also very slow, do some of you encounter the same phenomena ?
