Multiple Spins Installed at Once?

Can I install multiple spins at once? I know I can do this multi-boot. But, what if I want to have the "Live-Jam-KDE" spin and the electronics content available in one installation? Is that possible? I'm hoping that there's an answer like adding one spin's repository to the other spin's install, something like adding RPM Fusion to Fedora.
