home partition

I'm trying to install Fedora 19 KDE on an installation of Fedora 19 Gnome

Already exist on my PC the following partitions:
/
/ home
swap

I chose custom partitioning

For swap partitions and system I choose to format
and informed "/" mount point for the system

In the HOME partition I did not use "format" to avoid losing data.
In the "Mount point" I typed "/ home"

When I tried to run the installation, the system goes up, but when I enter login and password is showing the following message:

"Can not enter home diretory. Using /."

What did I do wrong?
What should I do to use my home partition usually?
