Install OVirt on Fedora 19

Hello everyone, I installed oVirt with plugins all in one on fedora 19 and when I enter the administrator panel, it tells me that the host is not responding and tells me that ssh root @ servername is in the queue I disabled both firewall and selinux test but even so it works, I do not know what to do I checked the permissions of the folders in the file / etc / extens but also they are by the book, will not let me create the datacenter.

There are other checks I can do?
