facter not running in F19 - SOLVED but

Installing facter this morning (7/22), it doesn't run. I get:

[lrs@localhost ~]$ facter
LoadError: no such file to load -- facter/application
require at org/jruby/RubyKernel.java:1027
require at /usr/share/rubygems/rubygems/core_ext/kernel_require.rb:45
(root) at /usr/bin/facter:69


Normally, it just works, but I'm a ruby newb, so I don't know if perhaps a path or lib setting might fix this. Anyone know? This is on an uptodate F19 system. Facter v1.6.18-4 with NO ruby,

To fix my own issue: Ruby was required, naturally.

AHA, it wasn't working because ruby was not installed on the system.. Shouldn't facter have a dependency on ruby...
