Failed to Add/Activate Connection (WiFi)

Have a new problem with Fedora19.

If I disconnect a wifi network connection and try to reconnect I get:

(32) No session found for uid 1000 (unknown).

I have to restart NetworkManager.service for the connection to reconnect.

How can I fix this?
