About a year ago, I came across a modification to the Gnome or KDE (cant recall which) login page, where there was the window in the center of the screen, with a small list of login names on the left, and on the right of that window was an analog clock with hours and minute hands (no seconds).
Below the clock (which was hugging the top right of that login windows were the two lines for login name and password.
I do not recall if the other two lines for session selection or poweroff menu were included. below the window, or just above the bottom frame.
The window was black text on a white background.
If you know of this practical greater, please drop a response here.
Thank you in advance.
