I have a lot of foreign music in my music collection, which I play with Rhythmbox in Fedora 19, with all Western music everything works well be when the MP3 file is written in Thai, Korean, Chinese or Japanese language I see only question marks or weird characters. Needless to say is that in Nautilus or command line the files are perfectly readable (with the exception that they're in different language character set.
