Fedora fails to boot unexpectively

Dualboot
Fedora 17 64bit
Ubuntu 12.04 64bit

For unknown reason on reboot Fedora failed to boot. Dropped to recovery mode
...
can't open font file

Ran
# fsck
No response.

Ubuntu works without problem

Please help. TIA
