After finally ironing out nearly all the kinks in my quadruple boot Fedora/Windows XP/Ubuntu/Fedora Medialess Install with grub 2, I've run into one final problem. I'm using themes, and everything looks fine with the Liberation Sans font, but in terminal mode I want a monospace font. I've used grub2-mkfont to generate LiberationMono-Regular in both 10 point and 12 point, but if I hit 'e' for edit or 'c' for command line, everything looks like it has an underline under it - except where text appears below it. Then the underline disappears for the line of text above, but it appears under the new line of text. Has anybody seen this as well?
I don't see this using the DejaVu Sans Mono, but that font looks seriously stretched out - almost like a space between each letter and the next. I like the Liberation fonts better, anyway. I don't really have a fancy setup that I can post a screenshot from. I'm booting everything from a 750 GB usb drive on a Dell Latitude D630.
