Network Monitor Tools

I'm looking for some type of network monitoring software that will track what processes/services are using network while it is running.

I've thought about using wireshark but I don't need all the packets captured, I just need an overview. I have a monitor widget on my desktop but it only shows how much network is being used, not what processes are using it.

Can anyone help?
