Using grub2 to manage other Linux distributions on a multi-boot?

Hi,

I'm running Fedora as my main OS on my desktop and I use grub2 from Fedora to detect Windows and another Linux OS that I often change for testing.


I was wondering though is there some way to setup grub2 to provide information for the other Linux distribution in a similar way to how I change /etc/defaults/grub to set information for Fedora?
