Wifi not coming back after suspend

I am running a Samsung RV515-A01 which has the BCM 4313 wireless card in it.
With F17 last year it was working fine. I've installed F18 today and performed all the upgrades.
After suspending and resuming it will no longer connect back to the router.
I've managed to get it going by rmmod bcrmsmac and modprobe it back again and then ifup the card.

In dmesg I get a repeating
[ 1443.528218] wlan0: authenticate with 00:26:50:84:bf:b1
[ 1443.530120] wlan0: capabilities/regulatory prevented using AP HT/VHT configuration, downgraded
[ 1443.530304] wlan0: direct probe to 00:26:50:84:bf:b1 (try 1/3)
[ 1443.730651] wlan0: direct probe to 00:26:50:84:bf:b1 (try 2/3)
[ 1443.931553] wlan0: direct probe to 00:26:50:84:bf:b1 (try 3/3)
[ 1444.132411] wlan0: authentication with 00:26:50:84:bf:b1 timed out

Not entirely sure what is happening but if there is anything I can do to try to figure this out let me know.

Cheers,
Kevin
